Job responsibility:
Define category growth drivers combining both brand and channel perspectives
Set up product assortment guideline for different location/store type/channel
Set up distribution and display guideline for different products/store type/channel
Develop both trade and consumer promotion guideline based on consumer/shopper/channel knowledge to maximize sales and profit, and set up post-evaluation method for continuous efficiency improvement
Work with brand team to develop brand promotion plan in line with brand strategy and information-based understanding of category/channel/consumer
Work with specific channel/regional sales teams to identify business opportunities and provide solution/support
Develop selling kit and effective mechanics to drive new product launch speed-to-shelf
Lead to communicate and coordinate with cross-functions (namely Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Regional Trade Marketing, and Key Account teams, etc.) to nail down the internal alignment and implementation process
Budget management (planning & tracking) at monthly basis
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Food Science, International Trade or other related majors.
The age between 25-35 years old
Min 3 years of Sales/Account Management experience, experience within the additives industry or overseas marketing experience is an added advantage.
Fluent English and Mandarin oral and writing ability. CET-6 level is required.
Self-motivated and eager for success, good communication skill
Ability for overseas travel alone.
Good skill of Microsoft Office Software, especially Power Point making and presenting
